Mammon Baloch is the Group CEO and Co-Founder of Starlight Retail Inc., a global SaaS and enterprise technology company focused on AI productivity, cloud security, automation, and governance-first digital transformation.
His path into technology leadership began with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science at Harvard University, where a fascination with how software systems shape organizations grew into a conviction that the hardest problems in enterprise technology are as much about governance and trust as they are about code.
In 2021 he co-founded Starlight Retail Inc., building it from a small founding team into a global operation with products deployed across more than eight countries and over a million users impacted. Under his leadership the company launched AI productivity, cloud security, and automation platforms, and joined the partner ecosystems of Google Cloud, Microsoft, and AWS — including the Google Cloud Partner Advantage Program in 2025.
He is the creator of MeeTaker AI, an enterprise platform born from a persistent operational frustration: critical decisions and institutional knowledge routinely lost in meetings. MeeTaker AI captures, structures, and operationalizes meeting intelligence for distributed teams, with security and governance embedded from the outset. He presented the platform at Microsoft Ignite 2024 in Chicago.
Mammon remains a hands-on technologist. He builds and tests AI applications, cloud architectures, and automation workflows himself — a technical grounding that lets him speak with credibility on real-world AI deployment beyond theory or hype.
He is a member of the Forbes Technology Council, where he has contributed articles on AI strategy, digital identity, software supply chain security, and team culture. He is also a Vistage member, a contributor to the Senior Executives AI Advisory Board, and a participant in the Nasdaq Milestone Circles program. He speaks regularly on governance-first AI adoption, cloud security, and scaling SaaS globally.
